Eco-Schools Action Day at the Mall of Cyprus
On Sunday, November 3, 2024, the Eco-Schools Action Day was successfully held at the Mall of Cyprus. This initiative promotes environmental awareness and sustainable development.
The event brought together students, teachers, parents, and the wider community, focusing on recycling, energy conservation, and environmental care through interactive activities, workshops, and educational games. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the principles of sustainable development while both young and old engaged in actions for a greener future.
The Eco-Schools program is a global initiative implemented in hundreds of schools across Cyprus, aiming to foster environmentally responsible citizens. The participation of schools, educators, and students in such activities strengthens ecological consciousness and promotes collaboration for the preservation of natural resources.
